Does the owner have to sign the T&M ticket?
No, but it's offered: they sign the T&M ticket on your phone with their name and finger, on their own phone from a QR code, or later from an email link, and can add one remark. Without it, the PDF carries only your signature.
Can I list materials by talking?
Yes. Say each material with its quantity, like “twelve feet of copper pipe, two elbows”, and AI writes them as a list in the materials section.
What if I forget the hours?
Before you finish, AI lists what's missing, such as the hours worked. Say them, and they drop off the list.

Each form uses your country's words and knows the facts it needs: meter readings and keys, defects with their photos, hours worked, the other driver's plate.
