Does the client have to sign the job sheet?
No, but it's offered: they sign the job sheet on your phone with their name and finger, on their own phone from a QR code, or later from an email link, and can add one remark. Without it, the PDF carries only your signature.
Can I list materials by talking?
Yes. Say each material with its quantity, like “four metres of copper pipe, two elbows”, and AI writes them as a list in the materials section.
What if I forget the hours?
Before you finish, AI lists what's missing, such as the hours worked. Say them, and they drop off the list.
