Say what's done and what isn't. AI writes the snagging list.
Walk round the job with the client and say what's finished and what's still open. AI writes up the walk-round, puts each snag with its photo, and lists what's missing before you finish. The result is plain: accepted, accepted with reservations or refused. The client can sign on your phone.

What the report covers
AI writes each section from what you say. Here's what goes into each one, and which facts get their own fields.
Work done
What was done, where, and anything that differs from the order
Walk-round
Who was there, what was checked and tested, and what works
Snagging list
Each open item or defect, where it is, and who fixes it by when
Fields
- Snag
- Fix by
Result
Whether the work is accepted, and any reservations or reasons for refusing

Talk
Walk round and say what you see. AI writes it into the right section and puts the numbers in their fields. Each photo lands in its section.
- 02
Fill the gaps
Before you finish, AI lists what's missing, like the gas meter reading. Say it, and it drops off the list. You can change anything AI wrote.
- 03
Finish
The PDF is sealed with a trusted timestamp and a code anyone can check. If you want, the other side signs on your phone, on their own phone from a QR code, or later by email.
Snagging list: common questions
Does the client have to sign?
No, but it's offered: they sign on your phone with their name and finger, on their own phone from a QR code, or later from an email link, and can add one remark. Without it, the PDF carries only your signature.
What goes on a snagging list?
Every snag that's unfinished or not right yet: where it is, what's wrong, a photo, and the date it's to be fixed by. AI writes each one as you name it, and lists what's missing before you finish.
What is practical completion?
The point where the work is finished apart from minor snags and the client can use it. Your contract says what follows, such as a period in which the snags are put right.
For the reports you write on site
Each form uses your country's words and knows the facts it needs: meter readings and keys, defects with their photos, hours worked, the other driver's plate.
Check-in and check-out report
The inventory at check-in and the report at check-out, room by room, with meter readings, keys and defects. The tenant can sign on your phone.
See the form βProperty inspection report
Defects in a flat or building, with photos: what's wrong, where, since when, how urgent it is, and who puts it right by when. You finish it on your own.
See the form βJob sheet
For a day or a whole job: the work done, hours, materials, what held it up and what's next. The client can sign on your phone.
See the form βAccident report
Follows the European Accident Statement: what happened, where and when, vehicles A and B and their drivers, damage, injuries and witnesses, with photos. A factual record, not an admission of liability.
