After an accident: take photos, say what happened.
Photograph the cars, the plates and the damage, and say what happened. AI writes the accident report, following the European Accident Statement, and puts the other driver's name, plate, insurer and policy number in their fields. Before you finish, it lists what's missing. Like the European Accident Statement, it says it's a record of facts, not an admission of liability. In Germany, that form is called the Europäischer Unfallbericht.

From talking to a sealed PDF
- 01
Talk
Walk through and say what you see. AI writes it into the right section and puts the numbers in their fields. Each photo lands in its section.
- 02
Fill the gaps
Before you finish, AI lists what's missing, like the gas meter reading. Say it, and it drops off the list. You can change anything AI wrote.
- 03
Finish
The PDF is sealed with a trusted timestamp and a code anyone can check. If you want, the other side signs on your phone, on their own phone from a QR code, or later by email.
Accident report: common questions
Do I have to call the police in Germany?
If anyone is hurt: call 112 and the police. For damage to vehicles only, the police aren't required if you exchange your details. Leaving the scene before the others could establish who you are is a criminal offence (§ 142 StGB).
Is this the European Accident Statement?
No. It follows the same structure (what happened, the other party, damage, injuries, witnesses), but it's Fiveover's report, not that form. If the other driver hands you a European Accident Statement, you can fill it in as well.
Does the other driver have to sign?
No. Their signature is offered, never required: they sign on your phone with their name and finger, on their own phone from a QR code, or later from an email link. Without it, the PDF carries only your signature.
For the reports you write on site
Each form uses your country's words and knows the facts it needs: meter readings and keys, defects with their photos, hours worked, the other driver's plate.
Apartment handover report
Condition of an apartment at move-in or move-out, room by room, with meter readings, keys and defects. The tenant can sign on your phone.
See the form →Defect report
Defects in an apartment or building, with photos: what's wrong, where, since when, how urgent it is, and who fixes it by when. You finish it on your own.
See the form →Acceptance report
Formal acceptance of finished work under § 640 BGB: what was done, the inspection, the defects, and whether the work is accepted, accepted with reservations or refused. The customer can sign on your phone.
See the form →Work report
For a day or a whole job: the work done, hours, materials, what held it up and what's next. The customer can sign on your phone.
