Does anyone else have to sign?
No. It's your report: you finish it on your own, and it's sealed with a trusted timestamp and a verification code. Nobody else is asked to sign.
Why set the urgency?
So everyone knows what comes first: emergency when there's danger or the damage is spreading, urgent for the next few days, routine for the rest. With who fixes it by when, the next step is clear.
Where do the photos go?
Each photo lands in the section you are in, next to the defect it shows. AI reads visible damage from it, and you can change anything it wrote before you finish.
For the reports you write on site
Each form uses your country's words and knows the facts it needs: meter readings and keys, defects with their photos, hours worked, the other driver's plate.
Apartment handover report
